Job Description:

We are looking for a QE IVR to join our team, who will help us working on solutions and implementing technologies that will improve user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Comprehensive Test Case Formulation: Develop detailed test cases covering a wide range of scenarios for thorough testing coverage.
• Precise Testing Execution: Execute testing protocols meticulously, adhering to established standards and methodologies to ensure accurate assessment of system functionality.
• Documentation Review and Enhancement: Review and enhance documentation to accurately reflect evolving project requirements and testing procedures.
• Detailed Testing Report Compilation: Compile comprehensive testing reports, summarizing testing outcomes, detected anomalies, and key observations.
• Defect Analysis: Analyze and classify identified defects to identify patterns, root causes, and potential impacts.
• Systematic Test Plan Creation: Create systematic test plans outlining objectives, scope, methodologies, and schedules for effective guidance.
• Requirements Evaluation: Evaluate testing against project requirements to verify system functionality alignment.
• Configuration Management: Enforce rigorous configuration management practices for consistent testing environments and reliable results.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant experience
• Professional experience working in all phases of the Software Development life cycle in an Agile Environment
• Experience in IVR Testing Tools CYARA Velocity, CYARA Virtual Agent, and CYARA Cruncher
• Functional test case and Test data preparation
• Experience with Splunk queries and log validations
• Experience in call routing and skillbased testing
• Attention to detail, strong work ethic, and result orientation
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proven experience identifying and managing risks
• Flexibility to support and manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously
• Ability to occasionally work evening and weekend hours as required to support system deployments
