We are looking for a dedicated and organized Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting sales efforts to drive growth.

**Job Description**:
As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the all team by managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating client communications, and ensuring smooth sales operations. You will act as the point of contact between sales teams, customers, and other departments within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales team by managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Process and track sales orders, quotes, and customer inquiries.

Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., marketing, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Prepare and maintain reports on sales activity, forecasts, and customer feedback.

Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales materials.

Communicate with clients to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and other inquiries.

Maintain accurate customer records and sales data in excel,

Address and resolve any customer service issues, escalating as necessary.

Organize and attend sales meetings and events, both in-house and off-site.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in sales.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
