**How do you fit in**

We’re looking for a person with experience in trading commodities, preferably in carbon or energy markets, to play an integral part in our company.

**Job responsibilities**
- Routinely trade carbon instruments such as the EU ETS, GEO, etc.
- Optimise gains on allocated risk capital by implementing sound risk-reward strategies
- Develop proprietary trading strategies backed by methodological research and analysis and with the help of our data science and software engineering teams.
- Track and maintain profitable positions in various environmental markets at different time horizons.
- Record and communicate each day’s profit and loss at mark-to-market
- Be integral in software and AI product development for trading environmental commodities.

**Job requirements**
- 4+ years of prior working experience in proprietary commodity trading, Prior experience in the energy and carbon market is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related fields
- Proven trading experience with specific knowledge on taking both hedged and speculative positions in commodity markets.
- Advanced analytical skills. Experience with languages such as R and Python is also a plus.
- Alignment with the company's goals to build a cleaner and greener energy future.
