As a Financial Analysis Professional in our Finance team you will spend each day defining, refining and delivering set goals for our firm.

This role will focus on partnering, supporting and leading (few areas) Cost Program Finance team. It will play a critical role in executing financial processes, analysis, reporting, driving Efficiency, tracking the result and driving the change management.

**Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret data relating to Expense trends and provide insights. Analyze CCB PXT Finance expense and provide forward-looking insights, along with scenario analysis.
- Assist in Reporting, tracking and forecasting savings from various initiatives of Cost Program in timely manner and with accuracy.
- Taking lead in automating various reporting using Tableau and Alteryx
- Collaborate with extended teams outside CCB Technology to identify and ascertain best practices.
- Manage and govern the internal tool for better control and quality reporting, and also troubleshoot as per requirement.
- Focus on identifying and driving cost saving opportunities in Infrastructure spend and strategies to drive the same along with setting up a reporting process to update the senior leadership. Create decks for senior management that clearly articulate the story/strategy to the Senior Leadership and stakeholders.
- Create dynamic reporting and partner with Finance & Business Management teams to track and report various results and metrics
- Provide ad-hoc analysis to the senior management on a frequent basis. Identify opportunities and recommend improvements in process and reporting efficiencies
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness in all Expense Initiatives tracking and reporting. Adhere to internal compliance policies and other business reporting requirements

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Experience partnering in either a Finance and/or Business Management capacity and providing insights/recommendations to senior management
- Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner that tells the story behind financials in a compelling way
- Confident and personable attitude with the ability to face off with senior management at all levels, influence/handle difficult messages, problem solve, and resolve conflicts
- Detail oriented individual capable of completing reporting and analytics accurately, on a timely basis, and in a presentable manner
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
- Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation

**Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills**:

- Bachelors degree required - degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics preferred
- In-depth knowledge of Excel & PowerPoint and knowledge of Essbase and SAP preferable
- Experience with visualization and reporting tools such as Tableau preferred
