**Job Title**: Appointment Setter - Sales Support
**Location**: Remote
**Working Hours**: UK Business Hours
Note: We are looking for E-commerce experienced professionals with prior experience working for UK companies and handling UK clients. Previously handles roles could be Telesales / Sales Support / Business Development position.
Strong Command over English language is needed.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Engage with decision-makers from leading brands in the retail and eCommerce sector.
- Maintain and update CRM records (preferably HubSpot) to track outreach and follow-ups.
- Research and identify new business opportunities to support sales growth.
- Ensure seamless coordination between prospects and the sales team by scheduling meetings and follow-ups.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective clients.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telesales, sales support, or business development roles.
- Strong command of spoken and written English, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in handling UK clients and working with UK businesses.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and business development software.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting targets and deadlines.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in the eCommerce, retail, or logistics sector is a plus.
- Prior experience in appointment setting or lead generation.
- Ability to research and engage with potential clients effectively.
**Additional Details**:
- Full-time role with flexible working arrangements.
- Laptop will be provided (phone required).

Pay: From ₹60,000.00 per month
