Field Sales Executive

On boarding the buyers.
The role requires the person to achieve sales excellence, strategically expand market reach, and surpass
revenue goals by proactively identifying the new buyers and building the strong relationships and delivering exceptional service
- Explaining Bidding Process.
- Claims Process.
- Present the solutions of Blubirch.
- Selling the Open Box/Refurbished product as it is / Buy back inventory.
- Plan forward on both supply and demand necessary to achieve targets.
- Plan with the buyer for growth (Value & Volume) on Monthly or Quarterly.
- Report on a quarterly, monthly, and daily basis progress against targets.
- Build and nurture relationships with key buyers in their regions.
- Work with the broader team to resolve buyer complaints.
- Follow the best plan/route map.
**Skills**:
- Experience in b2b field / direct sales in laptop, phone, consumer electronics, fashion, heavy & bulk
electronics, large and small appliances, kitchen appliances will be an added advantage.
- Should have good networks of buyers in the market.
- Should be an active listener and a confident business acumen.
- Ability to work with various stakeholders.
- Excellent team player with the ability to build sustain teams.
**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
