As a Field Sales Representative at Buddy4Plant, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our organic gardening products to customers and nurturing lasting relationships with them. You will be at the forefront of our mission to encourage sustainable and environmentally conscious gardening practices. **Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Engagement**:Identify and target potential customers, including individual gardeners, landscapers, nurseries, and agricultural businesses.
Conduct in-person visits to present our range of organic manure and vermicompost products.
Provide expert advice and recommendations to customers based on their specific gardening needs.

**Sales and Relationship Building**:Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales deals.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive products to effectively communicate the advantages of our offerings.

**Market Analysis**:Gather market intelligence and provide feedback on customer preferences, trends, and competitors' activities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted sales campaigns.

**Reporting and Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales-related expenses.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the agriculture, gardening, or related industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- A passion for gardening and a genuine interest in sustainable and organic practices.
- Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresher, Volunteer

**Salary**: ₹7,500.00 - ₹11,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
