**Roles and Responsibilities**

**Manage all key aspects of procurement of materials from external vendors following established benefit operations and supply chain objectives.**
- Understand the materials requirement for the projects - stage wise needs.
- Planning the products as per specifications of project specified by the Architects & appropriates with budget of the project.
- Planning the equipment’s such as Lifts, Generators, Pumps etc. at the appropriate period.
- Preparing & processing RFQ’s, PO’s, WO’s & LOI.
- Forecasting price trends and their impact on the business.
- Implementing strategic procurement, sourcing, cost reduction, vendor negotiation and relationship management.
- Develop and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase.
- Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery and contracts.
- Effective management of Vendor database.
- Evaluating vendors based on the feedback from the project team.
- Regularizing material receipts and ensuring the stocks.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

- Bachelor's (preferred)
