Hotel Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Communication Skills**:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients, present proposals, and negotiate contracts.
- **Sales Management**:
- Proven track record in sales, with the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- **Market Analysis**:
- Ability to analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.
- **Negotiation Skills**:
- Proficiency in negotiation techniques to successfully close sales deals and secure favorable contracts.
- **Time Management**:
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
- **Presentation Skills**:
- Experience in conducting engaging presentations and site tours to showcase hotel facilities and services to prospective clients.
- **Microsoft Office Suite**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel, to generate sales reports, analyze data, and create presentations.
- **Flexibility and Adaptability**:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, and adapt to changing business needs and client requirements.
- **Customer Service Excellence**:
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and addressing client inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
