We are looking for a skilled and experienced IT Administrator to join our team and take charge of our IT administration, information security, and asset management.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **IT Administration**: Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including networks and systems. Ensure optimal performance, availability, and security of all IT assets.
- **Information Security**: Oversee information security protocols, including antivirus and endpoint security tools. Implement and manage security measures to protect against unauthorized access, data breaches, and other threats.
- **ISO Certification**: Lead and manage ISO certification processes from an IT perspective. Ensure compliance with ISO standards and prepare necessary documentation.
- **Asset Management**: Track and manage IT assets, including hardware and software inventory. Maintain accurate records and ensure timely updates and replacements.
- **Troubleshooting**: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Windows, Mac and Linux/Ubuntu operating systems. Resolve issues efficiently and effectively to minimize downtime.

**Must Have Skills**
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven professional experience of at least 4 years as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of information security practices and tools, including antivirus and endpoint security.
- Experience in leading and managing the IT aspects of ISO certification processes and ensuring IT compliance within an organization.
- Proficiency in asset management and inventory tracking.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac and Linux/Ubuntu operating systems.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Nice to Have Skills**
- Experience in providing IT support for internal team members based outside India.
