**Inside Sales Executive**
**Job description**
We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Executive - INDIVIDUAL CONTRIBUTOR to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to cold call, close sales and meet targets.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
- Conversion of leads received from various marketing channels
- Generate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships and positioning our training programs
- Develop / Execute Inside Sales plans including Lead Generation and Closure
- Consistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectives
- Managing pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the customers
- Be able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parameters set by the organization
- Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them into qualified leads
- Drive customer relationships through the funnel from prospect to qualified and deliver qualified opportunities to the sales team.
- Develop a sales pipeline through online sources, customer contacts, social networks
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹606,098.30 per year
