As the Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO), you will be at the forefront of our efforts to harness and leverage the collective knowledge within our organization.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Academic Responsibilities
- 1. Conducting all classes related to Reasoning/QA towards all our test program. Taking lectures online for batches.

2. Mentoring students. By mentoring we mean being available to address and address all concerns of students regarding their performance in QA and LRDI section of any entrance test. It also includes providing regular feedback to the students, coaxing/cajoling/motivating and if need be to castigating them to improve their performance.

3.Designing and development of courseware. Courseware would include designing the pedagogy of teaching, test series question development, designing the session plan, designing and creating the supporting content required for effective delivery of lectures. Courseware development would be a regular process and could include any new course that we would offer

Entrepreneur Responsibilities

1. Leadership and Development: Build and lead a high-performing knowledge management team. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering their professional growth.

2. **Delivering Seminars and PRing in Target colleges to develop the relations with the key persons for long term associations and closing the annual deal for seminars/workshops. List of colleges are as per Annual Marketing Plan Sheet.**

3. Managing & Motivating team and tele-callers Inquiries conversions: To take inquiries and focus on conversions, a minimum of 60 % conversion required across courses. Marketing executives to bring seminars.
