**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced faculty member to join our team as an MBA CAT Advanced Math and Logical Reasoning Faculty. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction and guidance to MBA aspirants preparing for the Common Admission Test (CAT) with a focus on advanced mathematics and logical reasoning. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their best possible scores and excel in this competitive examination.

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Curriculum Development**:

- Design, develop, and enhance curriculum for advanced math and logical reasoning sections of the CAT exam.
- Stay updated with the latest CAT exam patterns, trends, and changes to ensure the curriculum remains relevant and effective.

**2. Classroom Instruction**:

- Conduct engaging and interactive classes that cover advanced mathematical concepts and logical reasoning strategies.

**3. Study Material Preparation**:

- Create comprehensive study materials, including handouts, practice problems, and mock tests, to support students' learning and practice.
- Provide clear explanations, shortcuts, and tips to help students tackle complex problems effectively.

**4. Student Engagement**:

- Foster a positive and motivating learning environment to encourage active student participation and academic growth.
- Address individual learning needs by providing personalized attention and guidance to students.

**5. Assessment and Feedback**:

- Develop and administer regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback to help students understand their strengths and weaknesses.

**6. Doubt Resolution**:

- Address students' queries and doubts related to advanced math and logical reasoning topics, both during and outside of class hours.
- Offer in-depth explanations and clarifications to ensure students grasp challenging concepts.

**7. Performance Analysis**:

- Analyze students' performance in mock tests and assessments to identify trends, strengths, and areas needing improvement.
- Devise strategies to help students optimize their performance and achieve their target CAT scores.

**8. Continuous Learning**:

- Stay updated with advancements in CAT exam patterns, teaching methodologies, and education technology to enhance your own teaching effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field, preferably an MBA or a master's degree in mathematics or related discipline.
- A strong track record of academic excellence and demonstrated expertise in advanced mathematics and logical reasoning.
- Prior experience in teaching CAT aspirants, preferably at the advanced level, is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
- Patient, approachable, and passionate about helping students succeed in their CAT preparation journey.
- Strong organizational skills to manage curriculum development, class preparation, and student assessment effectively.

**Salary**: ₹48,000.00 - ₹63,171.67 per month
