We have opening for Purchase officer, We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Officer

**Responsibilities**:Procurement Management: Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate contracts, and secure the best prices for goods and services.

**Order Processing**: Prepare purchase orders, verify specifications, and ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**Supplier Relationship**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure quality and reliability.

**Inventory Control**:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to manage stock levels and reorder supplies as necessary.

**Cost Management**: Analyze market trends to identify changes in pricing and availability, and recommend cost-saving measures.

**Compliance**: Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

**Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, pricing, and other important data for audit purposes.

**Qualifications**:Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a purchasing or procurement role.

Skills:Strong negotiation and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
