**Timings:11am-8pm**_

**Responsibilities**:
**Provide Online Counseling**:Engage in real-time chat sessions with individuals seeking emotional support and guidance.
Offer empathetic and non-judgmental counseling to help clients address personal, emotional, and mental health concerns.

**Active Listening**:Demonstrate exceptional listening skills to understand clients' concerns and emotions.
Ask probing questions to gain a deeper understanding of clients' situations.

**Crisis Intervention**:Handle crisis situations effectively, providing immediate support and appropriate resources.
Collaborate with emergency services when necessary to ensure the safety of clients.

**Maintain Confidentiality**:Adhere to strict confidentiality guidelines and ethical standards.
Ensure that client information is kept confidential and secure.

**Provide Resources and Referrals**:Offer resources, tools, and coping strategies to help clients manage their challenges.
Provide referrals to specialized services when needed.

**Documentation**:Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions.
Prepare reports and summaries as required.

**Professional Development**:Stay informed about current mental health trends, therapies, and interventions.
Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
- Previous experience in counseling or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Empathy and a non-judgmental approach to counseling.
- Ability to handle crisis situations calmly and effectively.
- Familiarity with online chat platforms and counseling techniques.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹12,436.27 - ₹65,000.00 per month
