- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address a variety of concerns, such as stress, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues.
- Assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Offer crisis intervention and support to individuals in urgent or emergency situations.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as teachers, administrators, and healthcare providers, to ensure holistic support for clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records.
- Stay updated with the latest research and trends in psychology and counseling.

**Qualifications**:

- Master's degree in counseling psychology or clinical psychology.
- Relevant counseling certification or license (e.g., Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified School Counselor).
- Previous counseling experience, preferably in an educational setting.
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories and counseling techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Empathy, patience, and a non-judgmental attitude.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
