Job Roles and Responsibilities:

- Generate new sales opportunities through networking and lead follow-up
- Prepare cost estimates for product sales and proposals for potential projects
- Negotiate pricing and terms with customers while maintaining profitability for the company
- Manage relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
- Attend trade shows and other events to promote the company’s products and services
- Develop interpersonal relationships with distributors and vendors to improve sales support
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials such as brochures and website content

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor degree with 2 years sales experience
- Fundamental knowledge of air conditioning and refrigeration products
- MS office, specifically MS excel
- Good communication skills and team work
