EUC - Imaging L2
Experience - 5 to 7 Years
Location - Bangalore
- Gather Windows OS Image requirements from customer: considering business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Deep understanding of desktop operating systems Windows OS and performing regression testing against image builds
- Knowledge and use of the Pre-boot Execution Environment (PXE). ADK
- Desktop OS Image preparation - Must be highly experienced in building standardized desktop images suitable for automated deployment on disparate hardware platforms using an enterprise systems management platform. Tasks will include OS build, driver package preparation, deployment preparation, QC, and documentation. Firmware Configuration/BIOS Setting.
- Should know to capture OS images, created TS with boot WIM, PXE, Driver updates and installation.
- Gather Windows 10 Image requirements from customer: considering business, functional, and technical requirements.
- Expertise on Windows 10 migration, user data migration and related technologies
- Review test custom scripts as per the requirements.
- Responsible for image “Online” and “Offline service”.
- Should be able to detect issues with the image proactively.
- Troubleshoot any unforeseen issues with the image and machines being built.
- Coordinate with Client SME for Image testing and sign off.
- Responsible for deploying the signed off image to production deployment server.
