**Job Title**: Tandoor Cook

**Position Summary**:
We are looking for passionate Tandoor Cook to join our fast growing, multi-cuisine restaurant in Goa. The cook is responsible to prepare a consistent, high-quality food product, ensure courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service and maintain restaurant's operational standards. The cook will be also responsible for assisting Chef de Cuisine/Sous Chef in cooking and then ensuring that all stations are clean. Ensure proper storage of food items/raw materials in freezers/refrigerators and ensure proper portioning of dishes, and food garnishing.
**Requirements**:
1. Culinary skills in Tandoor cuisine is a must.
2. Great teamwork skills and attention to detail.
3. Positive outlook and outgoing personality.
4. Able to take responsibility and assist others when needed.
5. A person who enjoys working in a lively, fast-paced environment, someone who is passionate about cooking and food.
6. Strong creative, analytical, logical, and critical thinking ability.
7. Good communication skills. Being flexible.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
