**Introduction**

**Your Role and Responsibilities**
As a Biz Ops Professional you are responsible for Communicating with upper management to develop strategic operations goals. Developing strategic long-range plans to achieve strategic objectives. continuous implementation of data driven approach to operations management in areas of responsibility. You should be flexible to work in shifts.
**Responsibilities**:

- Participate and coordinate in business-driven projects and change initiatives.
- Compile MIS and reconciliation reports for management review other management reports and relevant regulatory reports on a timely manner
- Provide direction and support on department-wise initiatives when necessary
- Work with operational teams to understand high frequency manual work to determine whether automation solutions can remove the manual work
- Provide insights, recommendations and leadership for addressing process, data and automation issues
- Assess, recommend, adopt and manage our key business systems and infrastructure that improve efficiency across the customer nurture cycle
- Project manage large department-wide and cross-functional initiatives, and ensure they are executed as designed, on time and within budget
- Seek out industry best practices and incorporate relevant idea
- Analyze root causes of operational malfunctions and provide resolutions.
- Handle escalated issues and follow-up on outstanding issues promptly.
- Develop preventive measures and document issue resolution procedures.
- Manage job calendars and flows to ensure timely completion.
- Recommend process improvements to improve operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Evaluate current operational processes and recommend improvements.
- Adhere to client SLA's (Service Level Agreements) and timelines
- Assist in budget preparation and resource allocation for support services.
- Contribute to business meetings and report on issue status.
- Develop support plan to prioritize and resolve multiple issues.
- Resolve operational problems within the defined schedules and service level agreements.
- Address customer issues promptly and accurately.
- Creating organizational structures and procedures to support new business initiatives or company growth

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Master’s degree with minimum 2 years of experience.
- Managing all business operations activity across the organization ensuring that all aspects, from hiring new employees and managing budgets to understanding general business operations or guiding work teams for projects, are running smoothly.
- Self-motivated and able to work under pressure, especially in a dynamic and fast paced environment
- Able to work with large amounts of data for analysis

**Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets/goals.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and have been part of change management initiatives.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Enhance technical skills by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications etc.
- Excellent VBA skills
- Data analytics experience preferred
