**All secretarial matters of all the group/ associate co’s.**

1. Drafting and vetting of all commercial contracts including the preparation of addendum, renewal as & when required and suggesting changes in the interest of the Company.

3. Preparation of all the documents, letters, papers for obtaining Licenses/renewal for all the units

4. Preparation of POA including notarization work etc

5. To coordinate with company law firm for filing,attending & adjudicating all legal cases on behalf of the company.

6. To attend & monitor ongoing cases.

7. To assist in NABH Audit of the Company

8. To handle solely the compliance.

9. Preparation of Agenda of Board Meeting and issuance of certified copies as and when required.

10. Preparation and updation of Minutes Books etc

11. Timely compliance related to Statutory Auditors, Cost Auditors etc.

13. Maintaining all Statutory Records and Registers

14. Liaising with the Advocates external regulators and advisors, such as bankers, lawyers, and auditors
