**About the job**

**Your role will revolve around listing, cataloging and bringing sales on your ecommerce portals.**

**Listing & Cataloging - Expert in creating new listings & catalogues on existing ecommerce portals. Knowledge of A+ listings on Amazon would be an added advantage. Prior knowledge in Amazon FBA would be an added advantage.**

**Paid Ads - Running advertisement related activities, regularly monitoring the spends and optimizing whenever needed for your ongoing campaigns. Having hands on experience with Amazon Ads, Google ads & SMM would be great.**

**Inventory model operations - Your prior experience in inventory based models of operations would be a must. Effectively managing stock across all portals communicating with category managers & other POCs for appointments would also be your key responsibility.**

**Growth & data driven approach - Growing sales on e-commerce portals by using historic data and current ongoing trends. Adding new ecom platforms to the portfolio and scaling the business.**

**Competition analysis - Being strategic in building business, understanding competition and market trends to grow your business and bring in positive cashflow.**

**Sales - Hands-on with handling TradeIndia, IndiaMart and similar marketplaces for all bulk orders. Effectively communicating and converting the client to customer. Staying updated with the competition & their offerings.**

**Coordinating with warehouse team - Our warehouse team is a key point of our operations. Your role would be to ensure clear communication and keep track of regular stock movements. Ensuring streamlining & maintaining stock reports of all operations at the warehouse will also be done on a daily basis.**

**Supply Chain management - Coordinating with multiple teams in the system regarding the flow of products. Staying updated with incoming stock, inventory and distribution planning would also be required. This includes being able to communicate with different teams when needed.**

**Logistics management - Effectively communicating with different partners in the system for smooth operations and delivery would be needed. Having good & clear communication skills would be an added benefit. Optimizing the supply chain, adding more vendors and partners would also be appreciated.**

**Inventory management will help identify which and how much stock to order, tracking inventory from purchase to the sale of goods and so on. Ensuring regular availability of stock to not miss out on any upcoming orders.**

**Professional Communication Skills - It would be much appreciated if you have clear writing and verbal communication skills while dealing with all the teams.**

**Sales report generation - Generating MBR & QBR for all your sales & activities to grow and develop the business. Understanding key metrics driven by data and converting them into actionable insights would be a given.**

**Proactive & leadership - Since you will be the central point for sales and related activities, you being proactive and an empathetic leader would be a necessity.**
