Hotel Sales Executive is responsible for generating revenue for a hotel or hospitality establishment by actively promoting and selling its services to potential clients. Their primary goal is to secure bookings, increase occupancy rates, and maximize revenue for the hotel.

1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Identify and target potential clients, including corporate accounts, travel agencies, event planners, and other relevant markets. Actively promote the hotel's facilities, services, and special promotions.

2. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Conduct regular visits and presentations to clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade shows to enhance the hotel's visibility and generate leads. Respond to client inquiries and provide accurate information about the hotel's offerings.

3. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients, ensuring that agreements are mutually beneficial and align with the hotel's revenue objectives. Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and rate agreements, and ensure their timely execution.

4. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify new business opportunities and revenue streams. Upsell and cross-sell hotel services, such as meeting spaces, catering, and additional amenities, to maximize revenue per guest.

5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and contracts using the hotel's customer relationship management (CRM) system. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and budgets, and present them to the management team.

6. Collaborate with other hotel departments, including front office, reservations, food and beverage, and events, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services to clients. Work closely with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and occupancy rates.

7. Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the sales process and beyond. Address client concerns and resolve any issues to maintain positive relationships and secure repeat business.

8. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Attend workshops, conferences, and training programs to enhance knowledge and skills related to sales techniques and hotel operations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in hotel sales or a similar sales role within the hospitality industry
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proficiency in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales-related software
- Knowledge of market trends, industry regulations, and competitor analysis
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to travel for client meetings, industry events, and hotel visits as required.
