**Profile -Quality Engineer**

**Qualification
- B.Tech - mech.**

**Salary - Upto 6 lac**

**Experience - Min. 6+ yrs. in Foundry Industry**

**Location - Ajmer**
- Analysis and monitoring of Quality and Defects IN CI AND SG and provide solution to them.
- Knowledge of kaizen,5s ,6s and lean management
- Knowledge of quality of molding and melting
- Improve the quality of green sand and eliminate all the sand related defect
- Works on cost effective method.
- Oversaw quality control for green sand mold inspections.
- Analyzed casting defects and prepared detailed reports.
- Conducted thorough visual inspections to ensure quality
- Knows how to make WI, SOP, and foundry visualization
- Conduct Internal system audits, Process and Product audits.

Conduct regular audits of manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with industry standards (ISO, IATF, etc.) and customer-specific requirements.

Engage with suppliers to ensure the quality of incoming materials meets the required standards.
- Participate in supplier audits and collaborate with suppliers on quality improvement programs.
