**Responsibilities**:
- Build relationships with clients and understand their requirements and preferences
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment
**Requirements**:
- 3-4 years of experience in Bench Sales Recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Knowledge of various sourcing and recruiting techniques
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Good understanding of employment laws and regulations
