**Requirement**
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in the Full Life Cycle of US Recruitment and Bench Sales/Marketing.
- Experience working with U.S. Citizens, Green Card, H1B, EAD, and OPT holders.
- Strong experience in gathering requirements for consultants from Tier-1 Vendors/Prime Vendors, Job portals, and through other Networking techniques.
- Must be well versed with the US Immigration process and the Consulting/Placement process.
- Well-versed with US Tax terms like W2, Corp2Corp & 1099.
- Must be capable to identify new clients (tier-1 vendors & direct clients) for providing staffing solutions.
- Active involvement in the marketing of consultants on bench.
- Strong experience in cold calling, rate negotiation and also need to have good convincing and closing skills.
- Should be able to build a relationship, regular interaction and follow-up with consultants and identifying their needs and getting them into projects accordingly.
- Must be a good team player and result-driven and need to have transparency in all communication.
- Good to have experience working on VMS/ATS requirements.
- Should have a good network of Tier 1/ Prime Vendors and keep identifying and adding new vendors.
- Updating and maintaining the database for future requirements, generate daily reports.
- Must have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills.
- Must be a self-motivated with strong work ethic.
- Should be ready to work in night shift.
- Must have a can-do attitude.

**Education Requirement**: Minimum Master's degree in Marketing from an accredited college.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
