Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer queries and concerns.

**Requirements**:
**Honesty and Transparency**: Demonstrated track record of honesty and transparency in previous roles.

**Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

**Sales Experience**: Proven experience in sales or telecalling, preferably in the electronics or retail industry.

**Technical Knowledge**: Basic understanding of laptop specifications and the ability to perform basic laptop testing.

**Customer Service**: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer issues effectively.

**Team Player**: Ability to collaborate with team members and contribute to a positive work environment.

**Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changes and learn about new laptop models and technologies.

**Time Management**: Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.

**High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A minimum educational requirement.
