**Job Description for Tele Caller Executive**

**Position**: Tele Caller Executive

**Location**: Hisar, Haryana

**Responsibilities**:

- Contact potential customers through telephone calls
- Generate sales leads and set up appointments for the sales team
- Provide information about products or services to potential customers
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
- Maintain a professional and positive attitude while interacting with customers
- Achieve monthly targets in terms of calls made and appointments set

**Requirements**:

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service role
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Ability to work well in a team environment
