Job Summary

As a marketing and sales manager of the Solar division, your role will involve developing and executing strategies to promote and sell solar products and services. Here are some common requirements and responsibilities for this position:
Job Responsibilities

1. Strategy Development: You will formulate marketing and sales strategies for the Solar division. This includes conducting market research, identifying target markets, and defining value propositions for solar products and services.

2. Sales Planning and Execution: You will create sales plans and set sales targets for the Solar division. This involves developing pricing strategies, sales forecasts, and budgets. You will also be responsible for overseeing the execution of sales activities to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

3. Team Management: As a manager, you will lead a team of sales representatives and marketing professionals. You will be responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating team members. Additionally, you will provide guidance, support, and motivation to ensure the team's success.

4. Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers is essential. You will oversee customer acquisition and retention initiatives, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process. This involves nurturing leads, handling customer inquiries, and resolving issues or concerns.

5. Collaboration with Other Departments: You will collaborate with other departments, such as product development, operations, and finance, to align marketing and sales strategies with overall business objectives. This includes providing feedback on product features, coordinating promotional activities, and sharing market insights.

6. Performance Analysis: Monitoring and analyzing sales data and marketing metrics is crucial to assess the effectiveness of strategies and campaigns. You will track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales revenue, market share, customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates. You will make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing and sales efforts based on the analysis.

7. Industry Knowledge: Staying updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements in solar energy is vital. This knowledge will help you identify new market opportunities, stay ahead of competitors, and adapt strategies accordingly.

8. Compliance and Ethics: Adhering to legal and ethical standards is essential in marketing and sales. You will ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes of conduct. Additionally, you will maintain transparency, honesty, and integrity in all business dealings.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift
- Fixed shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
