**Job Title: Sales Manager - Solar Products, Commercial EPC**

As the Sales Manager for Solar Products, Commercial EPC, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation within the commercial sector. Leveraging your expertise in solar technology and EPC services, you will identify new business opportunities, cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, and lead the sales process from prospecting to closing. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving positive change through renewable energy solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives within the commercial market segment.
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, industries, and geographic regions for sales outreach and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial clients, including property developers, facility managers, business owners, and other decision-makers.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and site evaluations to understand clients' energy requirements and propose tailored solar solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, project management, and finance, to develop competitive proposals and project plans.
- Present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close sales agreements in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Stay informed about market trends, regulatory developments, and competitive landscape to anticipate opportunities and challenges.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to management on progress towards goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA or technical certification in solar energy is a plus.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, with a focus on solar products, EPC services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of solar technology, photovoltaic systems, and commercial-scale renewable energy projects.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans, including prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with a passion for driving sustainable solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
