**Description**:
Qualification: Engineering Graduate or equivalent or MBA from a reputed institute
Work Experience: Overall work experience of 8 to 12 years out of min 3 to 5 years experience with a reputed corporate or family office.
Location: Worli in Mumbai

A. KEY RESULT AREAS:
1. To assist in formulating business strategies, streamlining and aligning the business processes
2. To Carry on feasibility study of properties identified for monetization and prepare reports based on market data analysis.
3. Sale of existing assets/land parcels
4. To Conceive and deliver monetization of ideal/underutilized Real Estate land parcels/Properties (commercial, industrial and open and encroached land parcels etc.)
5. To Prepare and implement roadmap for monetization
6. To coordinate with various stakeholders like legal and regulatory bodies to arrive at proposals for value enhancement of identified properties.
7. To study market trends collect market intelligence data analysis and interpretation of market intelligence data
8. Support in creating plans for development of properties in a way to secure maximum value
9. Update management regularly on the progress of various projects and seek proactive direction
10. To recommend innovate initiatives which will provide value enhancement in monetization.
11. Participate in review meetings for tracking project progress and de bottleneck issues and short comings.
12. Prepare presentations to Board & Committees, Action taken Reports (ATR)
13. Co-ordination with internal Teams of Legal, Finance, Taxation, Company Secretary e.t.c and External Consultants of Valuers, Lawyers, International Property Consultants for Broking, Disposal, Municipal Architects, Surveyors etc. as part of disposal process for each property transaction.

8. Go-getter Attitude with an entrepreneurial flair

1. Strong financial and business analysis skills as demonstrated by prior experience including financial modelling

**Salary**: From ₹2,500,000.00 per year
