Senior Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Oversee all aspects of accounting and financial reporting for real estate entities in India, including preparation of financial statements, general ledger maintenance, and reconciliation of accounts. Making monthly financial & MIS.

2. Ensure compliance with Indian accounting standards (Ind AS), Indian GAAP and regulatory requirements applicable to real estate companies, including Companies Act, 2013, LLPs, Partnership deed.

3. Coordinate and manage the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections for real estate projects and portfolios in India.

4. Monitor cash flow and liquidity for Indian real estate operations, including management of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and banking relationships. Ensure timely payment to vendor & contractors after ensuring statutory compliance and follow up with CRM for collection.

5. Prepare and review tax returns for entities, including income tax returns, GST returns, and other indirect tax filings, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulations.

6. Conduct tax planning and optimization strategies for real estate investments, including utilization of tax incentives, deductions, and exemptions available under Indian tax laws.

7. Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and government authorities to support financial audits, tax assessments, and regulatory filings for Indian real estate entities.

8. Analyze and interpret tax implications of real estate transactions in India, including property acquisitions, developments, and leasing activities.

9. Provide financial guidance and support to local management teams, including financial analysis, budget variance analysis, and investment performance evaluations.

10. Stay updated on changes in Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements affecting the real estate industry, providing recommendations and implementing changes as needed.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Chartered Accountant (CA) certification is required.

2. Proven experience in accounting and taxation roles within the Indian real estate industry, with a strong understanding of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and tax regulations.

3. Good in Excel to make financial reports 3. Familiarity with Indian real estate industry practices, including property development, leasing, and asset management.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally ERP) and tax software used in India.

5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and tax laws applicable in India.

6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with local teams and external stakeholders.

7. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and compliance in financial reporting and tax filings.

8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

9. Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in Indian accounting and taxation.

10. Knowledge of transfer pricing regulations and international tax implications for real estate transactions involving foreign entities.

Pay: Up to ₹1,500,000.00 per year
