- Directs and coordinates all activities and provides assistance to the staff in the designated outlet. He has to ensure all established service standards and procedures are implemented consistently leading to customer satisfaction, staff satisfaction and maintaining the overall profitability of the outlet. He/she would be fully responsible for all the cashiering activities and will be responsible for managing all the staff members according to the policies and procedures formulated by the company.
- Responsible for the overall administration, service and operation of the outlet assigned.
- Responsible for the guiding all the staff members assigned in the restaurant to perform their duties.
- Responsible for directing all efforts in the restaurant service to achieve the financial goals of the outlet.
- Responsible for following up the implementation of the policies, procedures and SOPs in operation of the outlet.
- Responsible for making sure the all the checklist are completed on time.
- Responsible for checking the sufficiency of operating equipment and supplies for the outlet.
- Responsible for ordering of raw material and maintaining par stock levels.
- Responsible for inventory management.
- Responsible for setting and maintaining the hygiene and sanitation standards of the outlet.
- Responsible for providing functional assistance to the staff during peak periods.
- Overall responsibility of maintaining a clean and wholesome ambiance of the outlet as per the standards which includes controlling the temperature of the guest area, proper ventilation, lighting and music.
- Communicates effectively with the guests, clients, government officials and other important individuals to ensure satisfaction in products and services.
- Conducts daily briefing and de - briefing of the staff members.
- Prepares effective duty roster to ensure sufficiency of manpower in accordance to volume of business.
- Attends and solve all the guest complaints in the outlet.
- Should always lead by an example and have the working knowledge of all the equipment and machinery used in the outlet.
- Should be capable enough of training the old/new staff members in the area where they are lacking.

Reports To
- Outlet manager and kitchen in charge.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹14,000.00 per month
