**JOB DECRIPTION**

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided lists, introducing our products/services and explaining their features and benefits.
- Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs, address any queries, and offer solutions that match their requirements.
- Build and maintain a customer database with accurate and updated information from each call.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products/services to existing customers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate follow-ups and ensure timely closure of leads.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of the company's products/services and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards turning them into positive sales opportunities.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for improving sales strategies and processes to the sales manager.
- Maintain records of calls, sales, and other relevant information in the company's CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or in a similar outbound sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, persuasive telephone manner.
- Ability to build rapport and trust with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to convert leads into sales.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good organizational and time management skills to meet sales targets within specified deadlines.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant certifications will be a plus.
- Prior experience in [mention relevant industry/sector] is preferred but not mandatory.
