**What we are seeking**:
We're looking for a tech-savvy IT and Administrative Assistant to manage our IT systems, handle administrative tasks, and maintain an organized office environment. Key responsibilities include IT upgrades, travel arrangements, event coordination, and efficient office management.

**What You’ll do**:

- Proficient in managing Windows and macOS laptops.
- Upgrade machines as required with periodic updates.
- Desired knowledge and hands-on experience with public cloud, particularly AWS.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Provide administrative support to various departments and team members.
- Schedule and organize meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
- Act as a point of contact between employees and management.
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, both internal and external.

**What you’ll need**:
**Skills**:

- Proven ability in handling travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
- Knowledge of travel cost management and the ability to optimize travel expenses.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.
- Experience in managing logistics, invitations, and follow-up for events and meetings.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven 2-3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
