Wide latitude for independent judgment and is expected to provide guidance to others on the database staff. Effectively communicates with all levels of technical and non-technical personnel.What you will be doing:Work with internal support functions and onsite teams in resolving / preventing issues / escalationsShould be supporting in 24x7 modeMentor staff to ensure all duties are performed in an accurate and timely manner.Plans and maintains efficient operations by designing, implementing and evaluating level one operations process.What you bring:AIX & Linux Administration L2 skills & ITIL.Hands on remote production support experience supporting Unix & AIX servers in a large infrastructure.Sound knowledge and experience on ticket management system / tools.
