**Job Title**: Front Office Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and extend a warm welcome to visitors upon their arrival at the office.
- Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel or office area.
- Handle incoming phone calls by promptly answering, screening, and forwarding calls to the appropriate recipients.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, ensuring it is presentable and equipped with necessary stationery and materials.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and deliveries.
- Monitor and replenish front office supplies, maintaining adequate inventory levels.
- Update and manage calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for visitors when necessary.
- Maintain records of office expenses and assist in expense management tasks.
- Perform routine administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing, and faxing.
- Assist in other administrative tasks and projects as assigned by management.

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Customer service attitude.
- High school diploma; additional certification in Office Management is a plus.

**How to Apply**:
