**Key** **Responsibilities**:

- Gain an understanding of the operations of various ecommerce platforms
- Understand and manage ERP systems
- Bridge on ground activities/processes and ERP systems
- Assist and work with the supply chain team to maintain channel mappings and the item master
- Develop tracking systems and identify gaps/bottlenecks in the ERP system and current supply chain processes
- Periodically undertake audits and projects to optimize tracking systems
- Assist and work with the supply chain team to measure and improve operational performance metrics
