**About Company**:
HOBB International is a Multi-National Company, manufacturing Overhead Distribution Line Products supplying into **DISCOM** and Utility (for eg. **WBSEDCL, CESC** **Ltd**. etc). HOBB has an opportunity for Executive-Purchase, in our Head Office, Kolkata, India. This is a direct hire role.

**Description**:
The COO will provide leadership and strategic vision to the organization with the goal of increasing overall efficiency. COO will have to maintain control of the diverse business operations with experience, people skills, business acumen and displaying efficient leadership.

**Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Finalising accounts of personal and small companies, monitoring internal audit, ensuring all statutory compliances are met.
- Planning cash flows and budget.
- Overseeing vendor negotiation, Purchase Raw material, Stores and Follow up.
- Monitor verification of invoices, GST follow up with Vendors for timely payment and accounts receivable.
- Put systems in place to vet factory’s productivity, attendance, Weekly Wages etc. with an intention to decentralize departments.
- Factory Stock to be put into ERP, for real time reporting.
- Supervising factory production planning, assisting directors and reporting as required.
- Assisting in Property Registrations, Sale and Rental Agreements, liaison with lawyers.
- General Office Administration
- Managing the HR of the company, including but not restricted to hiring.
- Office and Factory petty cash verification on weekly basis.
- Liaising with Bank managers, Lawyers, as per requirement.
- Overseeing legal work and taking critical decisions.
- Any assignments give by management.

**Skills**:

- Advanced Excel skills is preferred.
- A solid grasp of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Be able to diagnose problems quickly and have foresight into potential issues.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Require travel (Under operational Area).

**Education & Experience**:

- Preferably a CA, CFA and/or MBA from a reputable university.
- Having min 10 years’ experience.
- Having been working in a managerial role for min 5 years.

**Joining Date: Immediate Joiners Preferred**

**Salary**: As per market standard.

**Job Types**: Permanent, Full-time

**Salary**: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
