RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.

**Job Title**:Manager - Content and Video Production (Full-time)

**Location**:Mumbai

**Job description summary**:
**Content Creation**: Produce daily high-quality video content on the latest financial news, trends, and topics tailored for the Upstox app, website, and social media channels. Create 15-20 shorts/reels a month, along with 8-10 longer videos.

**Content Innovation**: Ideate and develop new content formats and offerings that resonate with our audience, ensuring they are both informative and entertaining

**Design and Production**: Collaborate with the Upstox Design team to deliver videos within specified templates, adhering to brand guidelines throughout the design and post-production processes.

**Cross-functional Collaboration**: Support Marketing, Activation, and Growth teams with content needs and coordinate with the Content team on projects involving external agencies.

**Meet your team**: You will work in the Growth and Marketing team wherein you will work closely with market experts, content writers, reviewers, and anchors.

**In your day-to-day role you will**:

- As Content and Video Producer, your primary responsibility is to craft engaging, informative, and impactful content about finance across various platforms. Your role centres on educating novice and seasoned retail traders and investors, making financial concepts accessible and compelling through dynamic, actionable content.

**What do you need to bring?**
- 5+ years of experience in producing video and written content focused on finance and markets
- A strong ability to identify and capitalise on financial and social media trends to create captivating content
- Proficiency in analysing and presenting finance and market news in a clear, engaging manner
- Excellent camera presence and fluency in Hindi and English, with the capability to script and write content for various media
- An active social media presence with at least 50K followers on at least one platform (Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc.)
- Working knowledge of design and video editing software will be an added advantage
- Familiarity with Futures & Options and trading strategies is a plus
- Background in live broadcast, live streaming, or podcasting
- Skill in distilling complex financial data into easy-to-understand content
- Understanding of SEO principles to maximise content reach
- Ability to communicate in both languages - Hindi and English
- Proficiency in voiceover work
