**Position Overview**:We are hiring an individual for the role of Video Content Producer. If you have a passion for storytelling and content production with technical knowledge of video editing, this role is perfect for you. This is an individual contributor role which would involve carrying out all responsibilities from pre-production to post production stage of short duration videos. Should have the ability to grasp sector specific technical knowledge and creatively package it for B2B audiences.
- **Roles and responsibilities**:

- Responsible for ideating and creating video content to promote company products and solutions, explainers, short interviews, GIFs, social media posts (especially LinkedIn), etc.
- Ability to create videos using existing footage banks to create films for campaigns, marketing assets, and social media.
- Essential to have knowledge of digital platforms and the content that works best for it.
- Understand what stories work best for our company and have a knack for finding them.
- Consult and collaborate with brand communication as well as business teams from pre-production to post-production process.
- Should have good communication skills and confidence required to interact, interview, coordinate and creatively guide non-communication background people required for good content output.
- Edit efficiently in a manner optimized for short-form algorithms and coming up with interesting video content in-house.
- Traveling to various locations for video shooting will be part of the profile.
- Script writing skills will be considered as an added advantage.

**Experience and Qualification:.**
- 2-3 years of professional experience in creating video content.
- Strong conceptual and visual communication skills leading to thoughtful and creative executions.
- Expert knowledge of editing softwares like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Final Cut Pro X and others.
- Should have ability to shoot in indoor as well as outdoor settings.
- Bachelor's degree or Specialization in art, film making, motion graphics, or a related discipline is highly preferred.
