Your Role and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with various stakeholders internal to achieve the business objectives
- Process skillsets, effective use of IBM internal tools, Current automated reporting tools such as Trello, ISC effectively
- Reporting tools and methods - reporting to various stakeholders on the status of the process and provide key inputs to the management productivity, activities, PO processed, number of quotes and quoting relating activities.
- Knowledge of various tools used to provide support to the Subscription Annuity rep Fast pass, Software Quote and Order tool, Renewal Management Tools, engage support.
- Manage multiple task id, identify any potential escalation, and proactively take actions, including setting up calls to resolve the same
- Identify ways to improve the process for efficiency
- Assure high quality standards of the quotes delivered & PO processed, understanding of Pricing Guidelines and create quotes that are aligned to growth and WW directions
- Actively engage
- Work with WW team to understand the business objective and drive the team towards the same
- Create action plans that will define the individual goals.
- Find ways to collaborate with internal and external parties that adheres to the compliance, business ethics towards a better engagement
- Open to feedback from various stakeholders.
- Should be comfortable to work under volatile, uncertainties, ambiguity, and challenging business environment - bring up any challenges to the management for amicable solutions
- Should show initiatives on learning new process and gain expertise with a clear understanding of the process
- Maintain process update on a regular basis
Accept accountability for business results including meeting client satisfaction, productivity, financial, and other business measurements. Lead or participate in organization planning, providing leadership and support to ensure that business objectives are met. Execute processes for the normal operation of employee programs.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Graduate with 2 - 5 years of experience
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Q2C process of Subscription and annuity renewals
