**Role Overview**:
We are seeking smart, well-spoken marketing and sales interns to join our rapidly growing team. In this role, you will work on the ground to negotiate deals with vendors, design/create/promote engaging social media content, and execute online/offline marketing plans for end customers. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both fieldwork and digital marketing within a dynamic startup environment.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage engaging social media content, including captions, photos, and videos, while ensuring clarity and impact.
**-Visual Storytelling**:Capture authentic moments using handheld cameras, blending wide-angle street shots of Lucknow’s vibrant food stalls with close-ups of dishes like kebabs and chaats, etc while featuring natural conversations with vendors about their food heritage. Include impromptu tastings with genuine reactions, and enhance the video’s flow with smooth transitions, culturally inspired music, and natural lighting to preserve the authenticity of the city’s atmosphere and flavors**.**
- **Campaign Strategy**: Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, SEO, and SEM, in collaboration with clients and teams.
- **Performance Tracking**: Analyze marketing metrics, conduct keyword research, and prepare reports to evaluate and improve campaign effectiveness.
**-Performance Marketing**:As an intern, you will assist in executing performance marketing campaigns, focusing on driving measurable actions like sales, leads, or clicks. You'll help monitor campaign performance across channels such as social media, SEM, and PPC, ensuring cost-effective results. Your role will involve optimizing campaigns to maximize conversions and improve accountability**.**:
- **Collaboration**: Work with the marketing team and stakeholders to brainstorm ideas, create pitch decks, and coordinate marketing efforts.
- **Community Engagement**: Build relationships with followers and influencers, manage lead generation, and implement ORM strategies to enhance brand presence.
- **Vendor Negotiation**: Visit and engage with local food vendors to negotiate deals and partnerships that benefit both the vendors and FoodNEST(S).
- **Field Work**: Spend time in the field, understanding vendor needs, building relationships, and ensuring the best offerings for our platform.**:
- Startup Environment**: Contribute to various aspects of the startup, bringing a creative and proactive mindset to tackle challenges and seize opportunities.
**Requirements**:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or a related
field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for marketing
purposes.
- Creative mindset with a passion for content creation and digital marketing.
- Willingness to work on the field and engage with vendors/customers directly.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
