We are hiring an **Academic Mentor**, who can play a pivotal role in guiding and supporting students to achieve their academic goals.The Academic Mentor will be responsible for mentoring students, coordinating academic activities, and supporting various initiatives such as training coordination, student performance tracking, and engagement with key educational tools. The mentor will also facilitate the smooth induction of new students, manage certificate verifications, and handle administrative responsibilities such as meeting scheduling and performance monitoring.

**Responsibilities**:

- Organize and participate in regular training coordination meetings with academic and training teams.
- Ensure effective communication between trainers and students regarding course schedules, content updates, and evaluations.
- Monitor the quality of training and provide feedback to improve the learning experience.
- Manage the induction process for new students, providing them with essential information regarding the courses, academic expectations, and learning platforms.
- Manage and monitor Trackbox for student performance, attendance, and progress tracking.
- Coordinate the verification process for student certificates, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.
- **Schedule and conduct meetings with students who have been continuously absent.**
- Work closely with these students to understand the reasons for their absenteeism and help them re-engage with their academic goals.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection process for the Trainer of the Month award.
- Collect feedback from students and staff on trainer performance and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related fields.**:

- 2-5 Experience in academic coordination, mentoring, or similar roles is preferred.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
- Strong time-management skills.
- Ability to motivate and engage students and trainers.
- Proficiency with data tracking and analysis tools.

Salary : 20000- 35000

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
