Statutory Compliance/payroll Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements under labor laws, including but not limited to **PF, ESI, LWF, PT, Bonus, Gratuity, and Maternity Act**.
- Manage **Contract Labour and Factory Act** compliances in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Handle **Minimum Wages Act** compliance and update salary structures as per legal revisions.
- Administer **PF Trust Compliances** and **International Worker Compliances** as per guidelines.
- Monitor and ensure adherence to **POSH** guidelines within the organization.
- Prepare and submit statutory returns, registers, and reports as required by authorities.
- Coordinate with external regulatory agencies, auditors, and internal stakeholders for audits and inspections.
- Keep track of labor law amendments and ensure the company remains compliant.
- Assist in payroll processing with statutory deductions and payments.
- Handle employee queries related to statutory benefits and ensure smooth processing.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
