Location: Remote Work / Professional home office setup required
Reports to: Director of Studies

Principal Accountabilities:

- Actively participate in educational events, college fairs, and information sessions as an English School of London representative.
- Maintain effective communication with students, parents, colleagues, and external agencies to coordinate admission activities and resolve issues.

Work Dimensions:

- Support students throughout the admissions process by answering questions and assisting with document completion.
- Maintained records of student details for assigned courses.

Work Context:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
- Direct and relevant experience working with or selling to university recruitment, admissions, and enrolment teams is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, entrepreneurial environment with ongoing learning and development.
- Ensure legal and ethical compliance in all business activities and circumstances.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be a team player and demonstrate humility.

Role Requirements:

- Minimum five years of experience in student admissions for international universities.
- Degree in M.B.A / Business Management / Marketing / Human Resource / Psychology.
- Experience in Marketing / Administration is a plus.
- Familiarity with international admissions processes for popular destinations such as the USA, Canada, UK, Europe, and Australia.
- Understanding of career specializations and courses.
- Knowledge of entrance exams like GMAT, GRE, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
- Experience with CRMs such as Hubspot, ZOHO, Salesforce, etc.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attentive listening abilities.
- Strong attention to detail, high confidence, and a quick learner.
- A strong desire to learn, grow and take on greater responsibilities.
- Self-driven and motivated.
