**Responsibilities**:

- Customers and Client Handling.
- Coordinate and Assist to the new and existing client across India.
- Sending, Receiving, Replying E-mails of Customers, taking follow-ups of orders of Customers and Clients.
- Organised and build the client and customer databases.
- Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries, and deliveries are handled efficiently.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Making the company's products and services as attractive to potential customers as possible.

**Qualifications**:

- Any Graduate.
- Should have good computer skills in MS - Office.
- Good in English, Hindi & Marathi.
- Organised and Responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving skills.
- Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

- No travel
