Sales Executive

Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking
- Contacting prospective customers who have sent enquiries, and converting them to members
- Conducting gym tours for all walk-ins’ members and suggesting suitable membership options
- Preparing new membership documentation, explaining terms to customers and arranging payment methods
- Establishing relationships with local businesses with the aim of promoting our corporate gym memberships
- Delivering consistent levels of new member sign ups to the gym
- Organizing open day events where members of the public can tour the gym facilities
- Preparing regular reports for the sales manager summarizing progress against KPIs
- Working closely with the marketing and events teams to leverage existing opportunities
- Hygiene is at utmost priority maintain intense hygiene & cleanliness in Gym & Activity area
- Inform & assist the use of Transformers India App (available on Play Store & App Store) for better experience
- Welcome & introduce yourself & Hierarchy to members on 1st day workout
- To input the data daily in Gym software
- Make a frequent Visit on Gym Floor to ensure smooth functioning & attend complaint in case any
- Enhancing Profitability in Specific festive period by maintaining follow-ups
- Retaining old client on regular basis on quarterly basis
- To submit closure plan on WhatsApp
- Initiate Birthday wishing calls/Text messages to members with Birthday Offers
- Create Instagram & Facebook stories for company promotions
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
