**Job brief**:
We are looking for a professional Real Estate Agent to be an intermediary between sellers and buyers for **UK** based company. Real Estate Agent responsibilities include marketing listings and providing guidance to buyers and sellers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in real estate.
**Responsibilities**:
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Determine clients’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers.
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc).
- Manage property auctions or exchanges.
- Maintain and update listings of available properties.
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors
- Develop networks and cooperate with attorneys, mortgage lenders and contractors.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.
- Calling on the given leads and generating sales.
- Oversee the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
- Meet with prospects and clients interested in properties to offer them real estate deals
- Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
- Oversee arrangements to give prospective buyers the view of a property before closing deals
- Act as intermediaries liaising between property sellers and prospective buyers to facilitate property deals
- Conduct the inspection of a property to ensure the terms and conditions of sales are met before closing sales deals
- Provide periodic reports to company management on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems
- Ensure compliance with housing laws and policies when conducting property deals
- Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property to convince them and secure a brokering deal.
- Undertake duties with an awareness of the need to promote cost-effective and
efficient management, taking into account both post requirements and company finances as a whole.
- Attend such meetings as the post requires in order to fulfil its aims.
- Assist with the updating of website content on a regular basis.
- Assist with service contracts for all property sites.
- Assist with the general input and administration of databases.
- Assist in the effective management of keys for all sites.
- Log and arrange repairs as required for all sites and liaise with contractors as
required.
**Requirements and skills**
- Proven **1 to 2 yrs **of working experience as a **Real Estate** **Agent** or **Real Estate Salesperson.**:
- Proven track of successful sales record.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Pleasant and trustworthy.
- IT literate with a working knowledge of PC’s, MS Outlook, MS Office.
- Real estate agent’s or broker’s **licence**.
- Required excellent communication.
- Preferred **UK real estate** experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED)
- Familiarity with real estate software
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and Flexibility to handle changing priorities and projects.
- Strong proofreading and editing skills.
- Flexible to work with new start up.
**Salary**: ₹11,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
