Sales Telecaller

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential B2B clients, including distributors, retailers, and businesses looking for third-party manufacturing of Ayurveda and nutraceutical products.
- Understand client requirements and pitch our manufacturing capabilities, product offerings, and services.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through consistent follow-ups.
- Handle client queries and provide detailed product and service information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, sales, and client information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams (production, quality, etc.) to ensure seamless client onboarding and order execution.
- Provide regular feedback to the management on client needs, market trends, and competition.
**Key Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telecalling or B2B sales, preferably in Ayurveda or nutraceutical industries.
- Fluent in **Hindi** and **English** with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of third-party manufacturing processes and client needs.
- Result-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and growing the client base.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is preferred.
- Previous experience in the **Ayurveda** or **nutraceutical** industry is a plus.
